Happy (almost) 4th y’all! The 4th is such a fun holiday to spend with friends and family. I mean who doesn’t love the beach, grilling out good food, and the sunshine while celebrating our independence? Today I am here to give you several outfit options from Chosen that will be perfect for the 4th. Bonus...I am also going to give you my ultimate vacation packing guide for wherever you end up this 4th of July!
Chosen’s Style Guide:
The first outfit is Chosen’s red midi dress. I mean come on, this dress is AMAZING. It is flattering, flowy, and comfortable. This is so easy to throw on during the day and transition into the night. The detail on the bottom is to die for, and the tie straps are adjustable and adorable. Absolute must-have for the 4th this year!
The next option is our Bailey 44 sheer blue dress. This dress is a little bit on the fancier side and would be great for a dinner with the family. We love this dress because it is SO soft and flattering. Also the blue color is perfect for the 4th of July!

Ultimate Vacation Packing Guide:
A few sundresses and rompers. I love wearing sundresses and rompers, especially on vacation because they are comfortable and easy to throw on, and all you have to add to them is shoes and accessories. These are a necessity for dinner and pictures on the beach. If you are going somewhere that is cooler weather, maybe pack a maxi dress or jumpsuit.
Sandals! This is an obvious one, but I like to bring a lot of shoes on vacation (who doesn’t need options?) You will absolutely need a few pairs of sandals for the 4th though. I usually bring a cheap pair for the beach, a flat, trendy pair for during the day, and a platform pair/wedges for dinners or nights out.
Shorts! Denim shorts are a necessity for a vacation. I love to wear denim shorts over my bathing suits on the beach, or you can dress them up at dinner with a cute top! Flowy shorts would also be beneficial to have on vacation for comfort. These pair well with a tight top or bodysuit.
Tops and tanks. I will be bringing a variation of nice tops for dinners and casual ones for during the day. Make sure they pair well with the shorts you are packing. I have a habit of packing many different things without making sure they pair well together first-so do that and you will save space and time picking outfits when you get there!
Accessories. Don’t forget to bring your basic jewelry and statement pieces too! I like to bring my everyday jewelry and pack a few special occasion pieces to alternate on nights out. I also pack a few different purses; I like to bring a crossbody for dinner and I like to carry my big purse during the day since I need to carry a lot!
Bathing suits! Duh! This one is a no-brainer for any beach vacation. I will be packing my favorite red bathing suit for the 4th, and don’t forget to pack your sunscreen too!
